Trainers are friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming environment for members to work out. They are always available to answer questions and provide support. Overall, the gym is now cleaner and well-maintained, and trainers are highly skilled and dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals, creating a supportive and welcoming environment.

Full equipment for bodybuilding, functional training, and cardio. I had good coching by sidhu (certified personal trainer). Facilities like spa massage also available.

When people say GYM, Power punch gym will give us exact definition with ample amount of huge free space and international equipments and nice administration. The Maa'm is very user friendly and has a goal to give good service to youngsatrs.. She even Ran the gym with lowest cost for customers even though her gym is in loss.. You will get good deal compared to all surrounding gyms lb nagar.. Above all I am sure guy will get a great body in Power Punch gym.. Just go for it.. I am 2.5 years old customer..

Since Lush Life took over management of the Power punch gym, the management has done an excellent job of introducing new and innovative fitness classes and equipment, making the gym a more dynamic and exciting place to work out. This gym has been taken over by Lush Life Fitness, an alkapuri-based well-known gym. Trainers are simply amazing. Lush life management really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. Highly recommended!

One of the good gym which I have seen till now and it consists of a well certified trainer (SIDHU) who takes good care of the customers to maintain physic and hygiene. The gym also have steam bath and SPA for reasonable prices. My review regarding the trainer is completly Satisfactory.
