I started my fitness journey in a very weak state -- I could barely lift any weights, and even light exercises would leave me with cramps. On top of that, I had recently undergone calf surgery, and was still recovering both physically and mentally. But thanks to my trainer John Arvin for constant guidance, encouragement, and carefully structured workouts, I've seen a huge transformation. He understood my limitations and pushed me just enough to build strength without risking injury. His knowledge, patience, and motivation helped me overcome pain, build confidence, and stay consistent. Today, I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever. Highly recommend to anyone to get train from John arvin to get fitter, especially if you're starting from a tough spot like I was.
