Nice gym with pocket friendly fees. For body-building, regular workout, weight-loss/gain, intense workout, and many more things it is a good place. The timings are also convenient.
Worst gym. I did cardio for two months here(September to October 2014). Worst coach. I had L4-L5 disc herniation and suffering from severe lower back pain and underwent surgery for disc herniation in March 2018 and recovering from back pain now. Don't ever join this gym. I am suffering severely only because of two months cardio I did here. Think twice and enquire properly before joining any gym.
