Really good experience. It's been a more than 3 months since I started working out. At first I was in Diamond package. Adil occupation student coach Maheshwaram Naveen highest weight record 68 current weight 62 Duration took time 70 days iam adhil before joining gym my thinking is different about my diet i want to avoid rice and my favourite finally I have choosen naren fitness i have met maheswaram naveen my trainer he's explained about diet not to avoid rice nd ur favourite foods you can eat anything but u have to do calorie deficit diet after following my diet I saw some changes nd finally I realised about diet staying calorie deficit is the best key to loose weight and doing strength training and cardio @maheshwaramnaveen is my trainer and his body is shredded with six packs nd he is very fit and energetic.@naveen have a very good knowledge he's training is excellent nd way he explaining about nd diet plan and workout plan good nd he is very strict coach he follow up daily nd he will check my weight daily nd weekly he will took my photos nd he will show the progress to me how it's going everytime he will motivates me Thank you so much @maheshwaram naveen , you're seriously an amazing trainer.
