Gym is spacious and lot of equipment available for all kinds of workouts. The timings are morning 05:00 to 11:00 and evening 05:00 to 09:00. The major plus point for this gym is the trainer named sridhar. Really good at training for both weight loss and muscle gain. Conducts group workout sessions every weekend which are very interesting. I am doing workout in this gym from last 4 months and have really good experience.
