Best gym in hyderabad, reasonable cost and 100% results and it has the facilities like AC , Cool drinking water, personal lockers, high speed fans wall fans, Music free and peaceful atmosphere with nice view from glass walls while walking on treadmill, gym is covered with mirrors on two sides of walls while other two sides are covered with glasses and cabin, here we have another facilities like steam bath , oil massage, personal training and don't worry we have an well experienced trainer for all. These are the enough and more than enough facilities to be a best gym, I'll post images and videos of special equipment that you won't get in any other gym believe me just visit and all the best.

Excellent gym with very good equipment. Well trained trainers, Mothesham himself gives diet plan and exercise routine. Excercise routine changes time to time.

One of the best gym workout in my area

By far the best Mohtesham's gym. No ego or hostility here. Has all the basic equipment you need to hit your fitness goals. All, including the trainers to the veteran bodybuilders, will answer your queries and are always ready to help. Above all you have the very humble, Mr. World Mir Mohtesham Ali Khan himself overlooking your workouts on certain evenings. It may not have the cutting edge equipment that you may find in some of the upmarket gyms in Hyderabad that charge ridiculous amounts of membership fees. Fitness is less about the equipment and more about consistency and the will to hit the gym everyday. And this gym provides you that kind of an environment.

They have all the essential bodybuilding equipment's. I personally like the fact that they don't play music at this gym. People at this gym were friendly and yet serious about bodybuilding. I think its an ideal environment for anyone interested in fitness.
