I have been PT with Rajesh for the past two months and have noticed a significant improvement in my overall strength and stamina. He took some time to understand my physical limitations and fitment issues, and accordingly designed a personalized training and diet plan. While I haven't observed noticeable weight loss yet may be iam not following the diet yet, there has been improvement in my strength and workout consistency. Rajesh's approach is professional, attentive, and adaptive to individual needs, which has helped me stay motivated throughout my sessions.
