The facilities are decent, but the way the front desk in the morning handled it me was very disappointing. When we first called, we were clearly told a day pass was 400, and we've been paying that for over a week. Suddenly today, I was told it's 800 for the same thing coz the guy at the desk was different, with a vague excuse that the earlier rate was "because you mentioned a week." I didn't even call asking I want to come for a week. We just enquired a day pass.
The people siting at the desk in the afternoon are way more professional. This isn't about the money -- I've already spent more than a monthly membership. It's about basic business ethics. You can't just change rates arbitrarily. Because of this lack of clarity and professionalism, I don't see myself returning again.

Other staff members are ready to assist with services, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent. However, on some days, the gym can be crowded due to insufficient space. 1. Although it has excellent equipment, the space is insufficient for activities.
2. Only on days when Trainer Durga is accessible as the trainer opens at precisely 5:00, and big story for his exit as trainer
3. Very high prices; you may choose another gym for a longer time
4. I opted PT For three months, there won't be a dedicated trainer available, 2 months 3 trainers got changed and 3rd month No trainer asked to wait for 1 month, thus the outcome was "0."
5. Diet recommended by management or trainer for weight loss, muscle gain, and lean body mass is same.
6. Forced to consume protein from the gym by trainers
7. The entire management team and the instructors are greedy and persistent for their payments.
