Going to the gym continuously for 4 months now. Membership includes a personal trainer. Able to see improvement in appetite, sleep cycle. Having started as a beginner, my instructor Ilyas sir has gradually worked up the strength for each muscle group , fixing weekly routines, daily workout plans along with the meal plan. He helps fully during the workout and ensures the reps are completed and done right with correct posture. He also ensures you are a regular and are following a close enough diet plan. The focus from the instructor is majorly on strength training. Gym itself is well equipped and clean.
