Assalamualaikum asif bhai love you he is the trainer I never seen. you go 100 time's to him to ask can you tell me again he will never ever disappoint you he will tell you again and again but unfortunately I shifted my house To medchal,gandi Massima,no I am struggling to get trainer like him and the gym members all support and motivate you and the problem I'm facing here is good Gym with the lazy trainer and second is old machine with good trainer but in hard Rock Gym it's like all-in-one place love you asif bhai from Imran hope will meet again inshallah

Hard rock gym in Begumpet,parkash nagar is a great gym with high equipment facilities . Before joining the hard rock gym I was very poor in muscles formation and strength.
