Its been almost 5 months since I've joined this gym, and was able to reduce my cumulative body fat by ~10 kg, while maintaining steady muscle mass. The equipment is well maintained and the gym trainers are friendly. I have been training under Siva, and he has guided me through a structured exercise approach, the right form, nutrition and suppliments for achieving my goals.

Feedback for Gold's Gym
The gym setup is good, but a few things need improvement.
The sauna bath doesn't really work properly, so its benefit is missing.
Ground PT support is almost negligible. Unless you take a personal PT, you won't get much guidance.
Even personal trainers, though available, are often seen on their phones or sitting in the lobby instead of actively engaging with members.
I hope the management looks into this, as a little more attention from trainers and proper maintenance of facilities would make the experience much better.

I am super happy that I found this GYM. It has top class equipment for both Strength trainers and Callisthenics. One thing that noticed unique at this gym is the "assessment" as soon as you take a membership you will be assessed by a professional trainer, they give you genuine feedback on how your body is, based on what your goals are they give you general guidance whether you take personal training or not.
I personally took personal training, Mr. Shiva is my PT. I never found a trainer like him before. Before meeting him I had knee pain and shoulder pain. I had ACLR in 2017, but I still had knee pain while walking or riding bike. Just in one month Shiva helped me go through rehab, now I am happily going to office on bike. I definitely recommend Shiva as PT for anyone focussed and looking for visible results in 3 to 6 months.
