I would like to share my feedback about my trainer Eesa Khan at Gold's Gym Kondapur. He is a very good and kind-hearted person who always motivates me to push myself. With his vast experience in gym training, he truly knows how to transform anyone, no matter their fitness level. One of his greatest qualities is his ability to understand a person and their emotions, which makes training with him both effective and enjoyable. He is professional, supportive, and genuinely cares about his clients' progress. I feel very lucky to have him as my trainer. Highly recommend! - Satay

Been a regular since March '25 and now can't imagine my days without training with Farah. She is the best there is! Farah took the time to go over existing injuries and unlike in the past never have I felt like skipping a day due to injuries. All credit to Farah, I am going from strength to strength. Shoutout to front office staff Karthik for his warm and friendly demeanor.

It's been a few months since I have joined. I first got in touch with Karthik and he helped me understand the facilities and the packages at the gym really well. He has been very helpful. I take PT from Khan Sir and he has really helped me fall in love with my workouts at the gym. He is very involved in his client's progress. The music at the gym is amazing. The facilities and the ambience is amazing. I love my experience at the gym so far!

The gym is really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff here is super friendly, helpful, and sweet -- they create such a positive vibe. Now, coming to my trainer, Vikas -- he's strict, and will absolutely grill you until you get your lazy self out of the house and into the gym. Honestly, I'm the laziest person ever, and it's not easy for anyone to get me to stick to a fitness routine. But somehow, Vikas has nailed it. He pushes me to do better every session, even on the days I'm making excuses to skip workouts. I've lost some weight and feel more toned, which is great, but the real win for me is feeling happier and more energized. It's not just about weight loss anymore -- it's about moving my body and feeling good.

I have been regular working out at this gym since Jan '25 and now can't imagine my days without training with Sushanth Das. i have a physical disability. Sushanth treats me normal and plans my workout which suits my physique. Never have I felt like skipping a day except Sundays. All credit to Sushant Das, I am going from strength to strength. Huge Shoutout to front all the staffs, Naveen Gowda in the reception and all the other trainers as well, who are very pleasant, friendly and helpful while working out.
