It's been a month since I have joined & being it first time was bit tensed but the trainers have helped me well enough & the progress is on

I had a Very unpleasant experience especially with the counter women (zaheer) . She always made us do some or the other work for her . She always ask us to bring and order to do work for her . she's always rude and changes her personality within a second in front of new clients
I always felt like she's obsessed over money the counter women zaheer ask extra money saying some or the other reasons . . And says you've to leave gym early not to do more than one hour
She's doesn't co-operate with clients she is always busy in video calls. And always ingnore our requests she want the whole gym to herself
before joining a new gym, she stated that the fees would be 5,000, which is very expensive.
I wouldn't recommend this gym who want a pleasant environment and peaceful workout time
To be honest the trainers are really good they are cooperative
But I had an issue only with (Zaheer.)

I've been training here for 3 years the gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a motivating vibe. Ram Anna, the owner, is a great coach who's always helpful, and Nitesh is a solid trainer who supports well throughout workouts.

I have faced some problems with counter lady (Zaheer). She doesn't cooperate well with others and always wants to win everything herself. She behaves like she's the owner of the gym and doesn't let others do their workouts properly.
She just gives clients unnecessary work like "bring this," "go there," or "do that" like her assistant
She also restricts clients to exercise for only one hour and does not allow additional time for workouts. And she demands payment even before the completion of one month.
