The owner and head coach, Tilak Garu, is very friendly, respectful, and receives everyone warmly. The gym has brand new, latest machines with well-maintained equipment suitable for all types of workouts. Coach Tilak gives valuable guidance for diet, weight loss, and body building, and he explains everything very patiently. He always observes everyone's exercises carefully, making sure we do it in the correct way to avoid injuries. If any mistake is there, he personally corrects and demonstrates the proper technique. The way he coaches women shows his high respect and professionalism, which makes the gym very comfortable for everyone. Gym timings are perfectly followed, and the place is always open on time without delays. Apart from physical training, motivation and personal attention from the coach makes workouts more effective.
