I've been training at this gym for the past 1.5 years, and the progress I've seen in myself has been amazing. A big part of that goes to my trainer, Shiva. He's been a great source of motivation and guidance from day one. His training methods are effective, he pushes you just enough, and he genuinely cares about your fitness journey. I've not only seen physical improvements but also gained the confidence and discipline to stay consistent. Thank you, Shiva, for the constant support and motivation! Highly recommend this gym, especially if you get the chance to train under Shiva!

This is one of the best gyms I've trained at. Prasad Sir and Shiva Sir are highly knowledgeable and approachable -- they customize workouts to suit your fitness level and ensure you train safely. It's been a year since I joined this gym, and I have experienced significant positive changes in my body and overall fitness. All credit goes to my trainer, Shiva, whose personalized and thoughtful approach has made a huge difference he designs workout routines based on each individual's body condition and fitness level, ensuring steady progress while minimizing the risk of injury. The gym infrastructure is excellent -- clean, spacious. The environment is highly motivating, and the staff are professional and very supportive.

Gym run by a warm couple, spacious enough with Aerofit equipment. Friendly trainers don't disturb but step in when needed. decently maintained restrooms, drinking water, few racks to place your things and a comfy sofa which is nice place to relax between sets. Air conditioning is moderate.

One of the worst gym they don't care about us they care only money and the trainers are not experienced and professional. They will tell you do the workouts without analysing individuals body structure which will differ from person to person.
