DHEERA FITNESS

I recently joined Dheera Fitness, Shamshabad a week ago. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the gym space, I am very concerned about the ventilation. None of the AC units appear to be working, and the area feels extremely suffocated with little to no air circulation. This creates an uncomfortable and unhealthy workout environment. I kindly request that the issue be addressed at the earliest. Without proper ventilation and cooling, it becomes very difficult to continue training safely. I hope the management takes prompt action to resolve this matter. Otherwise, it would be difficult for me to recommend the facility to others.

Stepping into this gym always lifts my spirits--the positive vibes fuel my motivation, and every visit leaves me feeling accomplished. While the inspiring atmosphere keeps me coming back, I do think some renovations in terms of equipment could make the space even better and take the experience to the next level.

Honestly, a safe place to workout for girls 1st at Shamshabad , it's been 9 months right now I am exercising here , anyone wants to go for any competition I must say join this fitness center . Trainers are friendly and professional too at this please . If you look for female trainer , you won't get may be but male trainers are perfect and well trained to train females . You may feel the change in your body soon or late but must try this fitness centre for atleast 3 months .

Very good environment to pump you body... Friendly coaches and partners it's been 3 mnths for me, literally it's the best gym in shamshabad.

I was visiting Hyderbad for work and was looking for a gym close to the airport to workout for a day and that's what led me to Dheera Fitness. Opens at 5am , well stocked with free weights , machines and cardio section. The staff is super friendly , I was met by a personal trainer named Nani who welcomed me and facilitated access to the workout area immediately. Had a wonderful time and i am sure people who stay close by would enjoy coming here
