The first thing is to locate the gym you need to put some offorrs, because nearby the building (complex) you can not find any board with the name of gym. You need to contact gym owner to reach gym, even the other shops owners also don't know about gym. It is located in the ICICI Bank complex and exactly above the ICICI Bank first flour. The management is recieving customers very well. And the gym equipment also very good, the gym is moderately spacious means not soo conjested and not soo spacious. It is unused gym both male and female are allowed. I think here the trainers are very limited. Now theeee are many customers to the gym and it is always busy with people. Finally my openion is you can give it a try if you want to start gym at limited budget Mainly the monthly gym fee is 1200.

I lost 10kgs in 3.5 months . The training required was guided very well by the trainer and a simple and healthy diet was suggested by the dietitian. Gyms atmosphere is pretty comfortable , totally worth the time ,effort and money.

Great support staff. Good ambience and u have a lot of natural light which makes it feel more spacious than it is. And you have Vishnu the head coach who has a very good knowledge on workouts and nutrition.
