The staff is friendly. Aftab the centre manager gives a clarity of what can be done and in which way.
Pavan one of the trainer here clarifies even our silliest doubts calmly and trains us on how and what to do based on what is our goal.

Great gym, but poor customer service.
Facilities are good, but customer interaction is disappointing. One of the managers, Anand, was
extremel y rude today when I brought my friend to see the gym. No proper communication, no professional approach. And rules seem to be enforced selectively--many members wear jeans, some even come without shoes.

Great gym, but very poor staff interaction at Uppal Center.
I've been a regular member, but today I had an unpleasant experience with the associate manager. My friend came with me just to see the gym and was treated like an intruder. When I tried to explain, the staff member responded aggressively. Meanwhile, others were inside wearing jeans and no shoes. Why the double standard?

Good Gym and trainers and supporting staffs are also very friendly, apart from that they have some big packages those are actually value for money, don't go with monthly package, that is not worth at all, but annually package will cost you around 750 per month. You can go for it ambiance is very good.

Very disappointed with the behavior of staff at Cult Uppal (Cule Neo Gym).
Today I brought a friend who was interested in joining, just to have a look at the facilities. One of the staff members, Anand (Associate Manager), behaved very rudely and accused me of breaking rules. Ironically, there are many people working out in jeans and without shoes, but no one says anything to them. Is this selective enforcement? Cult should ensure all customers are treated equally and respectfully.

Discrimination in rule enforcement.
Came to the gym with a friend who was interested in signing up. While I worked out, he stood nearby. The manager was rude and unnecessarily aggressive about it. What's worse--people in jeans and without shoes are inside regularly, but no one bothers them. The rules are not applied fairly. Cult management should take this seriously.
