Honestly, this is the best gym I've been to! A few days back, I thought I had lost my ring in the gym. I informed Neeraj, and he immediately took action and raised the issue with their support team. Later, I found the ring at home -- but I was really impressed with how helpful and quick they were.
The gym is amazing -- the machines are fantastic, equipment is top quality, and the space is huge. Unlike most gyms, it never feels crowded or suffocating. The staff is super friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this place!

I had left my shoes, grip, and shoe bag in the gym rack and had taken prior permission from the staff to keep them there. Due to unexpected personal reasons, I haven't been able to come to the gym for the past 11 days. However, when I returned, I found that my shoes had been removed and discarded, while the grip and shoe bag were left untouched.
I find this treatment very unfair and inconsistent. If there was a policy about keeping items in the rack, I should have been informed or contacted before any action was taken--especially since I had asked and received permission. The fact that only my shoes were removed also raises concerns.

I've had the best gym experience at Cult Botanical Garden. The manager and trainers are extremely friendly and supportive, always ensuring you feel comfortable and motivated.
The group classes are fun, energetic, and well-structured, making workouts both effective and enjoyable.
The gym maintains high standards of hygiene, especially in the washrooms and workout areas.
They also have sufficient parking space for both cars and bikes, which is super convenient.

Worst decision of my gym life that choose this gym only due to brand value. Local gyms are much better than this. There is no incline bench for chest and very limited equipments are there just for basic. If you serious fitness freak don't join this at all. So much crowd that you have to be in queue for everything like for dumbbell, bench, cardio etc. Go for the local one don't join this at all. One more thing too dirty, no proper cleaning
Don't get influenced by positive review they fake or just newly joined people who started their gym life now

Overall it's very affordable. But you get what you pay for -
1. Limited equipment
2. No space to walk during peak hours
3. AC absolutely sucks! ( Management always cheaps out and turns off half the ACs, leaving the place extremely hot and stuffy)
Edit: I've downgraded this review to a 1* after having had a string of experiences with either rude, careless or negligent managers at this particular branch.

Very worst place to workout.
Don't prefer this branch.
The mangers of this branch think they are some kings and behave very rudely. They set their own rules and timings which differs from person to person. They allow few people to class after 5 mins also but won't allow others. The branch managers behaviour is very bad and not polite. They is no proper support desk for cult.They don't even answer you properly and ask to mail for support.such a cheap place and no fixed rules, no clealiness, Ac don't work properly.Overall a very worst place to workout
