Mr.adnan is a great trainer and Mr..Adnan is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable gym trainers I've ever met. He doesn't just train you physically - he motivates you mentally too. His guidance for weight loss is truly effective and realistic. He understands every individual's body type and creates customized plans that actually work. Thanks to his training and positive energy, I've become more confident in my fitness journey. With his support, weight loss doesn't feel impossible anymore. Truly grateful to have him as a trainer .

I've been training with Adnan Uddin for almost 3 Months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the sessions. Adnan is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Importantly: - He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. - He is extremely reliable & punctual - always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out and would recommend Adnan to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

I have been training with Adnan of CLOUD9 Fitness Gym for the past two Months. My daughter originally introduced me to him and indeed she also still trains with Adnan and I have not looked back. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently forty-nine) if not for the personal attention given in my training. Adnan is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I would recommend Adnan for best training experience. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

It is very good gym. The management specially the owner of the gym Zeeyan is a humble and understanding person. It has all the equipments required and is open 6am-10pm all 7 days a week. Price is reasonable and has good crowd. Specially for women, it is safe and a good gym to go to anytime.

I've rarely seen a Gym with a beautiful ambience. It just not only motivates you, but also inspires you and brings out the positivity. As it's newly built, you'll find all new equipments, also has huge space. Housekeeping is always available and the Coaches are always present during morning and evening time.

The gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and comfortable gym for everyone. Mr.Adnan is an excellent trainer. His efforts for making me fit is awesome.
