Navya has been a wonderful teacher in improving my flexibility and deepening my yoga practice. When I first joined her class, I was slightly wary how I would be able to do the practice with my knee injury. The building has a lift, which really helped. She worked miracles on me. I am surprised how she helps to bend my body with the correct techniques. Her calm, patient teaching style makes every session uplifting. The community she has built with wonderful girls and women is something I look forward to everyday to practice yoga.
