The best part is, it is not so crowded yet charges a reasonable fee. It is maintained neat and clean by workers who clean all the equipment every day with Dettol. A separate gym is available for ladies giving them privacy. Many professionals like Doctors, Police, Military people, Govt. Officers and young fitness enthusiasts like me come to this place and sweat out. I myself lost 15 Kgs in a span of 6 months. I would strongly recommend this place to those people who are committed to keep themselves fit.

The gym provides us with good amenities,the trainer is friendly and takes care of each and every person regarding their diet and exercise routine which is a wonderful thing to have in a gym.For the price gym offers more when compared to other gyms.

He personally takes care of each and every person wrt strength, cardio and prescribing personalised diet. More importantly he inspires by sending a motivational message early morning that makes us step out of bed with full enthusiasm. Body rock makes a call if we don't turn up for any reason.
