A nice place where we feel comfortable to do workouts. Gym coach Mr. Shajahan also such a nice guy and he gives training and suggestions politely, sufficient equipments are available here. Gym monthly cost is at affordable for everyone There will be segmentations in the type you want to choose like 1. Without cardio 500/- per month 2. With cardio 800/- per month 3. Personal training 3000/- per month. Etc. Both ladies and gents can join here.... I hope you will feel very comfortable and enthusiastic

Yeah it's good. But it has limited equipment for cardio like it has only 1 treadmill, 3 fixed cycles and an elliptical machine... coming to gym equipment it has old equipment which are working fine. Mostly it is non AC and people here try to sweat more by not turning on fans..
