Been here for my 3rd year now They listened to the feedback and also added stuff like boxing equipment Friendly competitions occasionally make it more engaging and you have pretty good equipment

A perfect gymnasium where you can find all equipment hitting your legs, chest, shoulder, abs, biceps, triceps, and the list goes on. It's like a warehouse spread across a very large area. A little discomfort if it's a rush time. So I recommend early afternoon around 1-2 pm.

It's the best gym for beginners and body builder and they have good supported team and trainers

Hands down.. one of the best gyms in this area!! Especially for women, it's not at all an awkward place as the crowd is quite decent. :)
