I joined Bodhi Yoga in the month of May, and just within four months, I can clearly feel a remarkable transformation. Before joining the Bodhi yoga class I was not aware about the breathing techniques but, now my breathing has improved and has become deeper and more mindful, my body feels more flexible, and I genuinely believe that with continued practice, I will become a healthier and fitter version of myself. In fact, my only regret is not having joined earlier. Despite having a long journey ahead, Bodhi Yoga has already helped me evolve--physically and mentally. After spending eight hours at a desk job, attending the yoga class feels like a true blessing. It not only rejuvenates my body but also calms my mind, helping me unwind and reset. A heartfelt thanks to the Bodhi Yoga gurus. They are far more than instructors--they are true guides who patiently correct postures, explain the meaning of each asana, and ensure that every student practices safely and effectively. Their friendly and approachable nature creates a warm and welcoming environment, making each session something to look forward to. Joining Bodhi Yoga has been one of the most rewarding decisions I've made for my well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to be a better and healthier version of himself.
