Hey, I've been using this gym for the past two to two and a half months, and it has been a really positive experience so far. I had joined a different gym about six months ago, but that experience wasn't great. However, since joining this gym two months ago, I've noticed a significant difference. The trainers here are excellent. During the initial two to three weeks, they were constantly by our side--guiding us through the exercises, correcting our posture, and ensuring we performed every move effectively, especially focusing on core engagement. The gym is well-equipped, spacious, and has a large number of treadmills and plenty of room for cardio workouts. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience. I genuinely hope they continue to maintain the same level of hygiene, trainer involvement, and supportive attitude. The trainers are very approachable and never hesitate to help, no matter how many questions you have. It's clear that they care about members' progress and well-being.

This is a spacious unisex air-conditioned gym with heavy weights, dumbbells and plates, good workout machines and a good range of cardio and cross-fit equipments, hygienic changing rooms for both male and female, staff and trainers are good and supportive.

A decent gym with good equipment. Few of the trainers are very interactive and supporting especially padmanab bro. ->Clean environment with air condition. ->you can have a personal trainer(padmanab) suggested. ->you will definitely observe change in your body after some time doing the workouts. ->Great space inisde to do your exercises and workouts.

My over all experience in this gym is very good, the trainers here are friendly and supportive, most of the equipment's here are modern and ambience is also great.
