Excellent trainer. He helps a lot to mske ourselves beautiful. I lost 4 to 8 kgs in 3 months, but shape turned excellent. He suggested good diet. In 3 months, I can see big transformation. But must go regularly to gym.

Arun sir is an excellent coach with a friendly n approachable nature. He guides very well and gives a good diet plan to reach our fitness goal. I have been taking the training since last month and I lost 8kgs( in a month). I am very happy to have a good coach like him.
