I've been working out at Arun Fitness Studio for a while now and I must say it's one of the best gyms I've ever joined. It is well equipped. It has good trainers. Particularly Mr.Arun he is well trained and has great knowledge in his field. He does great analysis of his clients and pushes them to do to get desirable results. He is very professional and polite and he does workout and show clients and makes sure the client is having correct posture while working out. He also mentions about the impact of workout on muscle he trains. On the whole I am having a great experience being trained by him.
