I have taken a 3 month membership at this gym. It's been a month already and I feel like the place is very conjugated as it has good number of machines and equipment but all of them are packed in a very small place. The fees is pretty economical. The gym also offers one day plan for 100 which is a plus. During the weekdays and the weekends the crowd was high between 7 AM to 8AM (I was going to the gym in the morning hours only). Overall this is a decent gym and has good hygiene and affordable prices, though it might have limited space, you'll still be able to do your workouts by making adjustments to your timing of visit.

After 10 years as a regular member, I strongly advise you not to join this gym. Despite a decade of loyalty, it's clear the management has no regard for its members' comfort or experience. Their primary concern seems to be saving on electricity--not the well-being of paying customers. Lights, fans, and even the already-poor air conditioning are routinely turned off while members are still working out. This starts as early as 9 PM, even though the gym officially closes at 10 PM. To make it worse, staff make sarcastic comments like, "Are you done? Can we switch off the lights now?"--while you're still mid-workout. This isn't just inconvenient--it's disrespectful. A business that treats its long-term members like this clearly doesn't value its community. On top of that, the gym has zero ventilation and always smells unpleasant. It's unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I'm sharing this to save others the time, money, and frustration I've endured. There are far better gyms out there that actually care about their members. Don't settle for this.

The price is reasonable , I enjoyed the workout, this is my first day, the trainers are very well knowledged and good behaviour and this was my first day. # keep grinding

I recently started working out at this place, and I'm impressed. They have excellent equipment and a great atmosphere for workouts. Everyone is supportive and helpful during workouts, creating a positive vibe. Plus, there's plenty of parking available, which is convenient.

Gym is all about discipline . The owner of the Gym doesn't hold it . Worst behaviour It's not about cheap fee it's a cheap mentality . No proper ventilation and parking no proper music atleast

The gym is adequately wide with a bit long in the length, making/forcing the gym-mates to interact, for the purpose of movement and reaching of the appropriate weights. The gym trainers are of a bit opposing characters, and hence making the selection a bit easy, and important as it determines the rest of your performance. By socializing with the inmates you may neglect the compactness of this gym.

Just 500 for a month(for weight lifting). Equipments are good.Coach will pay attention only if we pay extra amount (this happens in every gym). It is better to do the work out our self's.

A Must recommend gym. Have reduced lot of weight. The trainer Venkat is great guy. Helped me a lot in reduction. Decent equipment in a small place. It's ac gym for 700/- per month. It's not crowded like other gym. Being a girl didn't feel awkward at the gym.
