The gym is very neat and clean. Good trainers both Praneeth and Venkat.They'll even help in giving diet charts which is very important for fitness!They have good amount of equipment's so that you don't have to wait to complete your sets.

Hello, Gym Nuts! Here goes my 2 month experience , To be honest, the first month was really convincing. As a newbie, I was hesitant to enter the gym since I didn't know anything about weights or training routines.After two weeks, I began to see improvements in my physique and was gaining confidence. Training with Mr. Arun is really exciting and enjoyable; he not only provides guidance but also illustrates the exercises and imparts all the necessary knowledge. Well , My second month shows continuous improvement, which makes a significant impact both psychologically and physically. This gym offers excellent ambiance management. Mr. Arun, a dedicated trainer, recognized my fitness level and pushed me beyond my boundaries. He introduced me exercises that celebrate my body's capabilities. Well, I feel So amazing after a workout, I wonder why people avoid exercising. Compared to other overpriced gyms in the neighborhood, this one is far superior in terms of safety, pricing, equipment, facilities, working hours, cleanliness, and maintenance. I would like to appreciate my trainer, Mr. Arun, for his patience and willingness to respond to any of my queries.
