I've been training at this gym for [5 months], and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a wide range of equipment for every fitness level and goal. What truly sets this place apart are the trainers. Before going to Abraham Cardio, I visited a few other gyms to gain experience and observe what makes a great gym trainer. One thing I noticed is that a trainer must have the patience to handle all the clients during their workouts, manage their diets, and help them achieve their fitness goals. Unfortunately, I didn't see much of this in other gyms. However, I must say that Abraham Roy truly excels in this Point. He seems to have a PhD in patience! He and his co-team Ameer and Yash respects everyone, whether they are newcomers or experienced athletes, and treats them equally. He supports everyone in every situation, which motivates them to push themselves. It's inspiring to see people like him, and I feel proud to take tips from him at the gym. Thank you, Roy Bhai! Best place for workout, will maintain super cleanliness and hygiene in and around. Roy is an exceptional trainer who always encourage people to do more. Sai and tinku are like brothers who available all the time to help.

I'm the member of Abraham's cardio,where the trainers and Roy sir were very friendly and supportive. The gym is very hygiene with good equipment. Within 7 months I achieved my target in weight loss. The diet and cardio exercise were followed up with plan. The most confidential thing in the gym is daily weight checkup to motivate us. I personally feel it's one of the best gym in our locality.
