The gym is really good and equipments are well maintained. The trainers are really knowledgeable in the field. Trainers: Himal and Manikanta give awesome strength and stretching routines. Sunny is great with this crossfit challenges an exercises. Zumba classes are really good and focus on the core, strength and mobility along with fun dance routines. The environment is positive and friendly. Highly recommended to all fitness enthusiasts.

I joined this gym on 18th August 2025 and opted for a personal trainer. So far, my experience has been positive. The trainer is attentive, supportive, and the guidance is much better compared to my past experiences in other gyms. The environment is clean, motivating, and I feel comfortable working out here.
