VGolds Gym is The Best GYM in and around Attapur, my trainer Arshad Bhai is the best, unlike my previous gym (Platinum Fitness Club) here Arshad takes care of every single client, he keeps an eye on everyone, is knows what he is making you to do, he brings the best out of us, pushes our limit and makes us do what we think we can't. He also knows our limits and plans the workout according to clients stamina and strength, he takes thinks slowly but kills the workout. Finally am very happy to find a perfect gym with a good trainer, who doesn't ignore any of his clients. The best part is other trainers and general trainers they keep an eye on every single clients, and they do correct our workouts if we are doing something wrong. One good thing about the gym is the equipments, they have a wide range of machine and free weights. The GYM Ambience is good enough, there is enough space for floor workouts and body weight workouts, moreover what is the use of super ambience when you don't take care of your clients (like in my previous GYM) The trainer literally knows how to tear your muscles, we can literally feel his dedication Also he talks very gently and politely. Am also uploading the images of Gym along with my trainer. He delivers what he promises to his clients regarding workouts. Here there is NO stupid card system, the workout changes every day and results will surprise you in no time. Am very thankful to Arshad Bhai for training me, taking personal care throughout the session everyday. Over all the GYM is very good, and the trainers are very good, especially Arshad Bhai, I would suggest everyone to opt for PT with Arshad if you join this GYM. Last but not least, the GYM and Trainer are AWESOME. A big thumbs up for VGolds GYM.

V gold gym Very bad service. I dont know if any differencewill make after posting this review. But no professionalism, please keep some one who can take responsiblility to answer customers who are willing to join and having any issues. Very bad service. Floors are so dirty tht u don't wish to work. But when paid the fees we have no option. Sharing some pics and video on how clean they keep their Gym.

One of the finest gym I ever went too with the excellent coach and very well equipment .. And one of the greatest experience I had with the personal trainer ibrahim sir.. Too friendly well trained and too cooperative..

Hands down, best choice I've made training at Vgold. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I have got the best trainer Rakesh bro good at cross fit, weight loss,muscle gain,yoga,kick boxing.I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave

A great place to workout. Friendly and approachable Trainers. Have been training under Ibrahim bhai from last 6 months. He is veey experienced, humble and patient, guides you with right form of excercises as per your goals. Pretty satisfied with the fitness improvements till now and the transformation is quite evident6. Would highly recommend to everyone. It offers other form of exeecises as well like Crossfit, Zumba, weight trainings etc.,
