When I was searching for an effective & experience coach in the Alwal, Bollarum, Bowenpally areas I came across Babu Rao (Babanna), the wonderful coach who knows what kind of work to be done for different kind of bodies. The Gym and the members here are very friendly and it is a UNISEX gym. I suggest this if somebody is looking for effective workout & fun together.

I love this place. I enjoy doing all the exercises. The trainer is awesome and helpful. He understands which type of training is needed to get in shape. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.
