The gym ambience is very good. The trainers are very friendly.you dont have to wait for the equipment. The timings are very flexible here. They provide yoga, zumba and gym under one roof.

Phoenix Fitness is a great gym with excellent equipment, spacious workout areas, and a motivating atmosphere. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, always ready to help with workouts and fitness advice. The gym is well-maintained and clean, which is a big plus. Rates are also nominal as compared to the services provided.

Lack of Transparency Regarding Pause Policy. I recently encountered an issue with the gym's membership policy, which lacked clear communication regarding their pause or suspension options. I signed up for a 6-month membership and was able to utilize the facility for the first month without any issues. However, due to an unforeseen personal emergency, I informed the gym staff that I wouldn't be able to attend for the next 3-4 months. At the time, I was told this would not be a problem, and my understanding was that my membership would be paused during my absence. To my surprise, after the full six-month period had passed, I discovered that my membership had expired, despite my communication with the gym. There was no pause applied, nor was I informed that such a pause wasn't available as part of their policy. This lack of transparency and communication has left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Clear and detailed information about important policies, such as membership pauses, should be provided to all customers upfront. I expected more from a professional establishment, and this experience has certainly affected my perception of their service quality. I would encourage the gym management to reassess how they communicate with members and ensure that policies are explicitly explained to avoid such misunderstandings in the future

I joined Phoenix fitness 2 months ago and it has become my second home now. Love the environment and people at the gym. Trainers are very professional and friendly. Gym is very hygienic and well equipped.The zumba sessions are super fun.
