The equipment here is worn off and the aura here doesn't feel right too. I wanted to workout between 5 am to 7am since I have to go to college and at evening it ain't possible for me but today when I went I waited for like 45 mins outside the, I even called the guy for more than 10 times and still no response.
The staff here is so irresponsible and the equipment is just okay... I'd suggest choose some other gym whose staff is atleast responsible and time punctual

It's one of the best gym in the area, it does have professional trainers. If you are a newbie you can go here, it provides us with imported equipments and is the gym is Santised and well maintained. The trainer and the other gym-mates are so helpfull and kind, even if you are doing the set in the wrong position, they will come to you and help you with your workout. It's been 3 months since I joined and my experience over there is just amazing .

Equipment was nice but for the beginners it is not the place to start with..... If you are already a Gym going person you can choose this but for a newbie this is not a best place to join....when it comes to trainers they take extra care for girls and will be wandering around them untill they compete their daily routine and not even comes near you unless you ask them for anything .....I Went there for a month and It's waste of time and money for the newbies

Starts from 6th December. I strongly believe that this is going to set a benchmark for all the fitness centers in and around secbad. Pratap Yadav- a young entrepreneur. hired professional trainers. there are two spacious floors for cardio and strengthening workouts, along with Steam bath.
