It's been a month at fitness first since I joined and the experience here was truly amazing. The coach is really experienced and knowledgeable. He has suggested awesome workout. Even the owner is really friendly and helps with your problems. Over-all the gym is very hygienic and they have good equipments.

A best place for workout , the trainers are too good and expertised , also workout is done based on ones health condition taken into consideration. I would highly recommend this gym

A good gym for making body hard and many variation works done by the clients and the Coach named Nithish sir he is a good and polite person and very strict in gym and changed my personality and weight loss with in 3 months and lot of changes in me .

Fitness first gym is very friendly gym for both women and men. Owners are very polite and gym coach teaches very well. A gym with good equipment and hygiene.
