I recently worked out in ddfitness! I have been working out for last 20 yrs in many gyms - but this gym is the best for me! The head coach and the team is so knowledgeable but empathetic. The machines have been chosen so carefully keeping not only building fitness but health of joints and usefulness. I felt like I am in my second home. The owner and the team is so warm and helpful!
