One major issue is the overcrowding. The gym has only 3 benches and minimal equipment, which means there's always a long wait to use. The management has clearly not planned well for the number of people who are signing up. As for the trainers, they don't seem very interested in helping the members. I've noticed them standing around, chatting among themselves, rather than guiding or assisting those working out. On the plus side, the gym is clean, which I appreciate. But that's about the only positive aspect at this point. I hope they address these issues by adding more equipment, increasing no of benches, and training their staff to be more engaged with members. The gym has potential, but it's not living up to expectations right now. Hope they can address these issues and improve soon!
