I really appreciate having access to the facility--it's great to have a space like this available. I did notice, though, that some portions of the court seems a bit worn out. Just wanted to mention it in case it's something that can be looked into. I appreciate the services your team provides and I usually have a good experience. However, during my recent interaction on 28th June, I faced some issues regarding court occupancy. My team was allotted the other court even after my instructions that I need a specific court which I talked to you on phone. After our arrival at your sports facility, your behaviour of turning a deaf ear to our heed and instead refunding the amount after advance booking was unwelcoming. As you are a part of it, you are also aware of the situation. I understand that challenges can arise, but I felt that this impacted my overall experience negatively. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it helps improve future interactions, both for myself and other customers. I'd be glad to see how this can be resolved.
