Less crowded and good to workout. However there are 8-9 treadmills and currently there are only 2-3 which are working as expected and others don't work/have issues. I didn't find any santitizers as well to maintain hygiene

Quad Gym in Vanasthalipuram is one of the best fitness centers I've been to. The equipment is top-notch, the environment is motivating, and everything is kept clean and organized. I want to especially appreciate Coach Sagar, who has been instrumental in my progress. His personalized training plans, attention to form, and constant encouragement have made a huge difference in my fitness journey. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your workouts to the next level, I highly recommend Quad Gym--and Coach Sagar in particular!

Just love this place. Go and hit this awesome gym and transform yourself. This place got everything a fitness enthusiast would desire for. The trainers are certified by reebok and are professionally sound and supportive. They provide weight training and functional training etc. Yoga classes are conducted every Sunday. After six months at this gym, I've gained 10 kgs and feel a lot stronger which was possible by the good guidance given by my trainer. The atmosphere is motivating and the guidance is spot-on. The gym's spacious creating a comfortable and encouraging environment for workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable, experienced and supportive, providing personalized advice to help achieve goals. Good equipment that's well-maintained and caters to all fitness levels and goals. Highly recommend this gym for its excellent atmosphere, effective guidance and quality equipment.
