Very bad experience at this gym. I didn't want to write a review, but a recent issue made it necessary for me to share my experience. I took admission at the end of 2024, paid the admission fee, and also opted for a 3-month package. However, due to some reasons, I could only attend for a week. I had to travel, but before leaving, I informed the staff and requested them to freeze my profile so I could continue once I returned, since I had already paid for 3 months. At that time, they said, "No problem sir, you can come back and resume." But when I visited recently, not only was I unable to continue, they even said, "Sir, we don't have any profile of yours in our system, and there's no record of you taking admission." What??? Then they asked me to show the receipt. How am I supposed to keep the receipt after so long? That's why people give their phone numbers, so that even if a receipt is lost, the data is still available in the computer system. But apparently not here. The guy who was at the reception earlier recognized me, but now when I asked about him, I was told the management has changed and that person no longer works there. So tell me, if you can't even maintain data from just one year ago, what should we expect from you? When I tried to talk about it, neither the receptionist nor the gym trainer gave any helpful response. They simply said, "Sir, you can take new admission. We'll create a new profile." If this kind of behavior continues, the gym is bound to get negative reviews. I request the gym owner and management to take such issues seriously, rather than just replying in the comments and escalating things further. I haven't come here to defame you or leave a bad review intentionally. I've simply shared the issue I faced. If you're genuinely willing to help, let me know I'm ready to come and resolve it.
