It was a wonderful experience with perfect training and a genuine trainer. I could feel progressive improvements in my body through the gradual workouts. Zumba sessions are especially noticeable and totally different from regular workouts, making me feel much better while also helping to check and improve stamina. Each day's training follows a proper sequence -- warm-up, floor workout, tumbles, machine workout, and warm down -- which helps us understand our body better over time,they also insist on our diet..Overall, it has been a truly good experience.
