VIT Trendset AC Gym

Advanced equipment, friendly coaches and a nice atmosphere for muscle building. Highly recommended for VITians.

Not at all user friendly...It may be cheap but at what cost..? You are allowed to do only workout one time a day,so if you wanna go in the morning and evening because you missed a day or you are an alternate guy it won't work because your ID is Scanned.The Weights are never arranged...It's all randomly thrown on the floor.If a machine break it will take months for them to repair it.And no trainer.The guys present their doesn't guide you and infactbtge only guide they are familiar with is that of the TV guide, scrolling through Tamil TV Channels...And It's way too crowded you'll be able to do some workout if you go there at 3 PM and won't be even able to do cable extensions if you reach there at 4 PM..So only consider GYM if You are mostly free at 3 PM.In the morning it's less crowded from 6 to 7.What more can we expect from an average sized hall with a 1000 person capacity and a million workout machines.So Pleased don't take it and there is only one cable extension (for lateral bars , triceps etc ).I'll upload a picture of Gym at 3 PM...

A perfect place for workout. Way too cheaper as compared to other similar gyms in big cities or even than private gyms outside VIT. Comparatively less crowded than indoor gym. ONLY FOR MEN( :p ). Best time to avoid the crowd is in the morning or early in the afternoon between 3 to 5. Washroom is available. Open on every day except for national holidays.

Not a bad gym...... important equipments present for performing most of the exercises.....would not recommend it for beginners.... experienced gym rats can choose this..... however distance from men's hostel is very big....and yes.... GIRLS DON'T COME TO THIS GYM.... ATLEAST NOT WHEN BOYS ARE AROUND....LOL

A little expensive and the machines are old but since it's outside not a lot of crowd also you get a nice excuse to go out for 3 hours even when others can't.
