Equipments are good but you have to make your own workout plan as there is no trainer available.

4 star because of lack of cardio equipments. No treadmill, cycle,etc. But if you love weight training,this is for you. Pure cast iron weights.

no treadmill..no trainer.. free style...low price. I've been here for 2 months believe me. It sucks. The pool's nice though.

U won't have a trainer but everyone in the gym is friendly and they are more than willing to guide u in being fit.
