I've been training at Gym Town for past 2 months, and it's been an incredible experience! The gym has a friendly environment that makes every workouts enjoyable. The cleanliness and well-maintained facilities are top-notch, creating a comfortable space to work out.
A special shoutout to Coach Abdul Latif (Owner), Abdul Hai, and Hari Bro for their dedication and motivation. Each of them has high knowledge in the world of fitness. Their personalized guidance and energy pushes every trainees to give their best every day.
This has to be mentioned for real while other places miss to do this...

I am working out at the gym for more than 4 months. I did my workouts by myself. I felt a little bit improvement but not as much as i expected. Later i opted Mr. Hemachandran sir who is my personal trainer. He provides you complete knowledge about each and every workout that you do. He is so professional and so friendly and open to all the doubts that you want to get clarrifed related to workouts. I personally recommend anyone who wants to have personal trainer please choose him. This is not any paid promotion or something. I am writing it based on my experience because i felt better improvements after taking classes from him. You can choose him blindly without any hesitation. He has knowledge related to all types of workout, rehabilitation and provides safe and effective workout plans. He is a master in this field.

I am pleased with the gym and special thanks to my gym teacher Mr Hemachandran who has given me a boost and love for the gym . His methods were very methodical and variability were insane . As a newbie I felt I was guided very nicely by him and he always stays throughout the session and keep pushing up and that made me more motivated with my goals. I personally recommend him if you are a starter as he knows exactly what we want and he gives priority not only for people who requires weight loss but postures and flexibility and lifestyle.
