I didn't have an appointment so each time I came I did have to wait/couldn't be seen. It is quite popular with foreigners, and the people before me said they really loved their massage. In fact the cost is very high (50% more than expensive places in cities like Pondicherry). But actually I didn't find it good at all. The centre is small and the noise outside is so distracting. There is no music or anything, just horn honking! But the problem was the massage technique. Despite paying for a deep tissue massage, I found the therapist had no skill. It was just rubbing like a relaxation style, and unable to locate pain points and common muscle areas of concern. I asked for more pressure (I was told this was a firm massage and so it cost more), but she just didn't have the skill or technique to do it. I specifically advised two areas needing attention in my body but they weren't addressed. I tried to finish early but they were reluctant to allow it. Instead two other therapists had a go. Also neither were good with deep tissue. I think if you don't know about massage, or have not experienced a truly good massage, this will be fine for you. But if you need massage therapy or you've had a lot of massages before and understand the musculo-skeletol system, it will not meet expectations. Especially for the price.
