The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, there's a great variety of machines and free weights, and the space is never overcrowded. Trainer is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help or answer questions. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, this place has everything you need.

This gym looks so good and all the equipment and the trainers are so friendly and they help me a lot in diet and workouts.

Hello everyone, I have been visiting Joy fitness centre since 2 months and I'm very happy to have made this choice.. as this is my first time enrolled in a Gym to get fit and very thankful for Susi(owner and trainer) and other trainers (Shankar,.) who guided me excellently to learn and practice all equipments. Be it weight loss or strength training or diet plan or advanced fitness program.. she has clear vision, plan, guidance and support throughout your fitness journey. Especially, she created a very convinent, vibrant environment and made it effortless for women as well to workout in a Unisex gym . I strongly recommend all the men & women out there, who's willing to get fit yet with a second thought of joining gym or not.. Give it a try.. you will never regret this choice . Kudos to Susi akka and Joy fitness centre!

This gym center is more useful for me. The trainee gives more guidance and response. Most of the equipment is useful for strength training and workout. Stay fit is a best choice.
