Experienced the worst coaching and attitude here. I came in for strength training, and instead got CrossFit force-fed like it was gospel -- no personalization, no discussion, just "we know better" energy from people who clearly don't. The diet advice? Laughable. More like starvation plans made by people who clearly know nothing about actual nutrition or recovery. You'll be told to eat raw veggies and chapati and be gaslit if you question it. Zero care, zero science -- just hype, ego, and blind routines. Wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy being talked down to, overtrained, and underfed.
