It's been a year since my gym journey from muscle factory, main reason for pursuing this gym are the trainers mano and Prakash. They are excellent, where they coordinate and guide us through your physical health process to shape our body and mental state. Started my gym journey at muscle factory and it was 10years,not only my physic changed it changed my lifestyle with help of my best coach Mano and my gym bros, they revamped the gym. Also they update and buy new equipment's too. They also make sure that every single person is progressing in right way.

Have been coming here for the past 5+ years. And in my experience this is one of the best gyms here. They revamped the entire gym few months back. The training is very focused. They make sure each of their client is getting the right workout in accordance to their potential. Mano believes in slow and steady progress because that's the kind of progress stays with you for life. You can ask him about your diet or technically anything. He'll always give you his insight. Anyone can bring in world class equipment in a gym but what matters the most is the training their trainers have got to offer. That comes with a whole lot of experience. And im still continuously training for more than a year

Personally I prefer muscle factory's gym if you are going to start your weight loss or weight gain journey, I started my weight loss training in July 1 2022 and by today July 8 2023 I lost almost 18kgs. With the help of my trainer Mano, Gokul Raj, Prakash three of them supported and cheered on my weight loss journey, being a IT profession they gave me diet according that. So far this the best gym I've seen.
